What the LUVManager installer does in your Google account
做什麼、為什麼要 Google 權限
安裝精靈（installer.luvmanager.tw）會把 AI 助理裝在您自己的 Google 雲端。您用 Google 登入並按「允許」之後，它才開始：
- 在您的 Google 雲端準備兩個專案：一個放 AI 助理的服務、資料庫和存放金鑰的保險箱；另一個只放 Gemini 用的 API 金鑰，不連帳單。
- 在您的雲端硬碟建兩份試算表，只分享給您專案裡的服務；您雲端硬碟裡的其他檔案，它不會去看。
- 為什麼要權限：這些都要建在您自己的帳號裡，精靈得代您操作。它只要三樣：Google 雲端（
cloud-platform）、只限它自己建立的雲端硬碟檔案（drive.file），和您的電子郵件（讓您確認登入的是哪個帳號）。 - 您之後按「連結 Google 日曆」時，才會另外請您允許兩項日曆權限（
calendar.calendarlist.readonly、calendar.acls）：列出您的日曆，並把您選的日曆分享給您專案裡的 AI 助理；分享完成就向 Google 撤銷。 - Google 給的登入憑證只在安裝時放在記憶體；安裝完成或中斷，就向 Google 撤銷。
What it does, and why it needs Google access
The LUVManager installer (installer.luvmanager.tw) sets up the AI assistant inside the shop owner's own Google Cloud account. It starts only after the owner signs in with Google and clicks “Allow”:
- It sets up two projects in the owner's account: one for the assistant's services, database and secret storage, and one that holds only the Gemini API key and is not linked to billing.
- It creates two spreadsheets in the owner's Google Drive and shares them only with the services in the owner's own project. It does not look at any other Drive files.
- Why it needs access: everything is created in the owner's own account, so the installer has to act on the owner's behalf. It asks only for Google Cloud (
cloud-platform), the Drive files it creates itself (drive.file), and the owner's email address (to confirm which account is signed in). - Only later, when the owner clicks “連結 Google 日曆” (Connect Google Calendar), does it ask for two calendar permissions (
calendar.calendarlist.readonlyandcalendar.acls): to list the owner's calendars and to share the chosen calendar with the assistant in the owner's own project. The authorization is revoked with Google as soon as sharing is done. - Google access tokens are kept in memory only during installation and are revoked with Google when installation finishes or stops.
